EENPS online seminar
Information about our seminars
|
Dear Members,
The EENPS is launching a new online monthly seminar designed as a platform for network's members to present their work in progress. One of the important aims of the seminar is to foster the relationship between EENPS members. Hopefully, by presenting and discussing our ideas in a friendly environment, we will come to know each other better, help each other improve our work, and forge academic collaborations. So, the main idea behind this seminar, apart from providing a forum for philosophical discussions, is to transform our network into a genuine community of colleagues and friends.
The meetings will take place once per month, online (via Zoom), and last for one hour, with a 10- to 15- minute presentation and 50- to 45-minute discussions. As a default, we plan to organize meetings in the afternoon on Wednesdays (time and day can be slightly adjusted depending on presenters' availability).
We would like to focus mostly on discussing papers. Therefore we will ask participants to keep their presentations short. Drafts of papers would have to be made available to those interested in participating in the seminar several days before the meeting.
All those interested in presenting their new ideas in this seminar are invited to contact Gabriel Târziu ([email protected]), or Magdalena Małecka ([email protected]).
Best wishes,
The organizers (Magdalena Małecka and Gabriel Târziu)
